Fun Fact: Sea Stars’ are not considered fish, they belong to the group of animals called echinoderms and are related to sand dollars, sea urchins and sea cucumbers. Embryos hatch into planktonic larvae and later metamorphose into pentamorous juveniles which develop into young sea stars with stubby arms.
