Coral regeneration

Turtles have graced our oceans for more than 210 million years, even living alongside dinosaurs. Unfortunately, their numbers are rapidly declining due mainly to pollution, illegal trafficking and falling victim to fisheries’ bycatch. We also often come across lost or even wounded sea turtles in our lagoons and on our shores. Weakened and vulnerable, they are unable to swim back to the open sea and become easy preys.

Our veterinary clinic aims at helping this endangered species. With the help and expertise of our marine biologists, the veterinary clinic will enable them to be treated and take their time to heal within a safe environment, far from potential predators. Once completely recovered and ready to go back to sea, they will be released back in their natural environment: the ocean.
